Shipping policy

We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive at your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS Ground Advantage). Our friends at USPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 DAYS TO SHIP.

Please note:

• USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. 
• These orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. 
• While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Eden's Flower Truck + Eden's Botanicals cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
